We recently stayed at the Best Western in Texas City prior to our cruise leaving Galveton, Texas. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Their rooms were much larger than expected! Great way to relax after a long day of travel. Also enjoyed a nice continental breakfast before check-out. Would definitely stay here again!!

My group reserved 2 rooms at this hotel on March 2, 2013. In one room we found a large cockroach running around. Once caught, we attempted to flush it down the toilet. The toilet wouldn't flush. Service was excellent. The night desk clerk that checked us in, on a Saturday night, was there first thing in the morning tending to the breakfast area. Room was comfortable and clean. Location is convenient, rooms are clean, and the staff was very personable. I travel to this city quite a bit to visit family and I usually choose this hotel. I have recommended this hotel to firends and family and they have been pleased.
