If I had it to do again, I wouldn't stay at this location. The hotel was over priced. Areas of the carpet were severely damaged and/or dirty. We had a great stay at this hotel. The grounds and the hotel were spotless. The hallways smelled great! Our room had a full sized refridgerator, microwave, mini stove, sink, dishwasher, and a flat screen tv that was about 40". The bed was very comfortable. I checked into the hotel in Aprol 2013. I am an Elite member so when I want a specific room normally I can get it or an upgrade. The staff was very friendly and polite. Good place to crash for a business meeting! Parking was kind of short though. Had to find a place. Maybe they were just very busy but it seemed there was not enough places for the size of hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was in a safe area of town. Will stay here if ever in this area of Houston. Thanks so much for the great stay that we had.

Terrible location and neighborhood. Two room kingbed with "full kitchen" was awful. The kitchen did not offer any utensils, had to be requested at front desk.
