Got a good nights sleep in here and was ready to drive another 8 hours the next day. The coffee was nice and the room was very clean. Friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure. Loved having a fridge and microwave.

The holel it"s self was very nice. You could tell it wasn't very old. The staff was Texas friendly. I like an airconditioner that I can just set the fan to run at night to block out any noice at night while I sleep and the A/C in the rooms are newer I guess, anyway It was either A/C or...

I stay at this hotel while travelling on business in the area. The place is always spotless and beds are very comfortable. The staff is what makes this place great. They makes every effort to get me my preferred room and they always greet me by my name. Their breakfast is the best; freshly prepared with good hot coffee.

Located very close to Midwestern University and the mall. Newer 3-story hotel with large rooms. There is a nice exercise room. The complimentary breakfast is an average BW one.
We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed having a clean room. It is located close to the mall and a lot of restaurants.
We stayed at this hotel one night while passing through and found it to be quite comfortable, especially the bed. Pool was closed for renovations while we were there and the building shows some wear although it is new with the Best Western group. There are several restaurants and stores nearby in walking distance. We ate at the BBQ place...

we made a reserve at the last minute. we didnt know anything about the hotel but we were going on the "Best Western" name thinking it would be OK.
Seems there was some confusion about a room for us and we had to wait while they found one clean although it was about 7pm. Finally put us in a suite...

Horrible smell of weird spice when you walk in. Hotel pool was dirty. Found out pool was closed after we checked in during 100 degree weather here. Complimentary breakfast sucked. Orange juice was watery. and no ice water available. Most Best Westerns have sausage, bacon, gravy, and eggs. This one had a cheap breakfast bar. Edges of carpet around rooms...

Interesting that my last review here is on top. This one will be the opposite of the other one below. After posting the same comments from my Trip Advisor review in the Best Western survey they'd emailed me, I got a nice email from the manager apoligizing for the issues, and offering me a 15% discount on my next stay....

I normally stay at another hotel when I go home to visit family (several times a year) but this was a last minute trip and they had no vacancy.
This hotel was near my usual place and I'm a member of the Best Western "club" so I booked it.
First impression: not so good. The young man who checked me...
