I have nothing negative to say about my stay. I was especially surprised how clean and well maintained the room and BATH were. Room cleanliness was Grade A.

We rented two rooms, checking in at 11pm. The night clerk was very rude and very unprofessional bad mouthing us for using Expedia to book our rooms. Rude, rude employees! Was refused service because my last name on the credit card did not march the last name on my ID (madden name). We only stayed there for one night...I don't think we would have lasted longer than that night. We got there around midnight. The clerk was nice and friendly, however he was not very efficient. Stopped at this Best Western on my way through to another destination. Checked in late in the evening, and checked out first thing next morning. Overnight stop on the way home from Albuquerque to Houston....this motel was clean, comfortable and very convenient to restaurants, etc. Staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Room was larger than average and price very reasonable. Pet friendly too. We will definitely stay here again !!
