“Fine for the price”

Given the price, the room was better than I expected. Clean and basic. We were only there for one night and slept well. Free wi-fi included in the price worked well. The guy on the front desk was not the happiest guy in town but did provide some helpful information when asked.

“Tolerable for one night; price was reasonable”

Stayed here for one night during a road trip. The front desk clerk, while not actually nasty, was the grumpiest front desk clerk that I've ever encountered.
