Wife and I spent 4 nights at the Canyons B&B. Thoroughly enjoyed the B&B and the area. Cate went out of her way to accomodate us with our Breakfast and volunteered lots of information related to visiting the area. The accomodations were very nice and we would definitely stay there again.

What a treat in the middle of southern Utah and HWY 12. Kate was wonderful, the rooms soooooo comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!
