The programme is hard work but so well organised, great food and wonderful staff. Beautiful hiking in Utah. Absolutely first rate trainers- great classes and lectures. I have never hiked before and I climbed mountains- did things I never thought I would be able to or want to and feel totally rejuvenated. Be prepared, though- it's no picnic...
