It's a dated, well used typical motel. It was clean, and quiet and for one night passing through i was fine. No doubt like most places, it has its good days amd bad - but it was cheap and cheerful, no complaints from me...........or my family. Good traditional family diner across the road.

Traveling from Brice to Zion canyons it is a convenient location. Hotel is old and everything is barely alive. This should be your last choice. There is a really good pizzeria (only one) not far away.
