I booked this room as a gift for my sister-in-law's honeymoon. She said it was the perfect way to start her marriage. The staff all acknowledged her and her husband as newlyweds and congratulated them. A welcome gift of chocoate-dipped strawberries was provided from the chef. The room was fantastic, with beautiful views. The only problem is that now my... More

My fiance and I loved this hotel. The service was excellent and our rooms were spacious and comfortable (the beds were a dream to sleep in!). The only downer for us was that we were skiing at Snowbird and Alta for much of our trip, so the location was a bit far. It was well worth it, however! Rather than... More

Good Day. Thank you for taking the time to critique our great resort. We are glad you enjoyed the stay. One of the greatest aspects of staying in the Park City valley is the easy access to so many great ski resorts. We look forward to having you back as our guests soon. All the best. What a beautiful hotel! Clean, new and great service. Since it is shoulder season, the property was empty. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Gorgeous! Of course, the price was 10% of the winter price. The staff was very nice and quick. The issue was the food..... Room service breakfast the first day was cold.... More

Service here was top notch. Valets (especially Chris) went over and beyond to help make coming and going with a small child very easy. Our experience with the entire staff was enjoyable, and everyone was friendly, perhaps with the exception of one person in the restaurant - the hostess was fine but a bit cold. The pool and courtyard are... More

Stayed during a recent trip to SLC due to the great off season rate - less expensive than downtown hotels even with the $25 resort fee. The resort fee is actually a good deal as it includes valet parking, phone and internet. Staff was top notch from the valet and bellman out front to the front desk staff and restaurant... More

Went snowskiing at Deer Valley and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. The heated pool and hot tubs were very nice. We feel in love with the hotel bed, very plush and comfy. The staff were okay. The valet were excellent. The front desk sucked, way to stuffy and not attentive. Room service was excellent. There was only one restaurant and... More

First, the hotel is gorgeous. I got a crazy good deal, so I assume I had the lowest category room, but it was still great--gas fireplace, balcony, wet bar, big tub. The pool is large and has lots of lounge space; unfortunately, there were groups of children yelling at the top of their lungs (I'm all for joyous play, but... More

We had some Hilton points that were about to expire and I like to ski so we decided to book a couple of free nights with points at the Waldorf Astoria at The Canyons. Here are the pros and cons of our stay: PROS: - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in a genuine way. When I ran into... More

Stayed here just before Christmas. Wasn't a big fan of Canyons but greatly loved Deer Valley. The Waldorf is beautiful and well put together. I really liked the check-in area allowing guests to sit at a personal desk upon arrival. The concierges were tremendous with wonderful recommendations. The house Mercedes SUV was a very nice touch as well. I loved... More

We just returned from spring skiing in Park City Utah. We love PC because it is only 40 mins from SLC airport. the Waldorf Astoria was 1st Class! The service was second to none. Ask for the rooms facing the pool or mountain, the valley view in spring is mostly brown. The restaurant was good, but very high end and... More
