Close to the campus. Clean. Rooms are really dated and could use a facelift. But not a bad option, especially for the price.

We stayed at this motel in Sept. 2011. We reserved two non-smoking rooms and they provided us with adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean, though we could smell the cleaning products. When visiting son at BYU we always stay here. It is clean, quiet, the bed is comfortable and the hot water plentiful. It is what we expect from a budget hotel and a good value for the money.

The title pretty much sums it up. If you need to be in walking distance of the football stadium then this hotel is one of your options. It's sorely in need of updating however. Good value for online price of $65-Very close to BYU and walking distance to grocery store & restaurants. Continental b'fast bagels/cream cheese/toast/mini muffins/2 juices/coffee/tea/cocoa/cereal/oatmeal. Room was fine, mgmt helpful, will stay again in August 2011. Coffeemakers & dryers in room. ONE thing, though-I wondered WHY the pool was the temperature of bathwater, very warm for summertime swimming!

The hotel was average. Paper thin doors- was awaken by voices at 5:30 in the morning. No toilet paper in the bathroom or entire room. (that was a predicament). Breakfast was okay. Cereals, juices, breads, and fresh whole fruit. Location was excellent- just around the corner from campus. Internet wasn't good as it kept going out or weak signal.

The hotel is well located in the Provo area and from there is easy to reach any destination in town. Rooms were clean and well mantained. Hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms. Staff was very helpful when we had to extend our stay. Recommended!!!!
