The check-in was very fast and the room was good. Rug needed some repair. Lots of restaurants nearby. Fast access to I-15. Very quiet at night. Lots of stuff for breakfast

Stayed here when visiting Zion National Park (easy drive but over 45 minutes away). Motel is located in a strip mall next to a freeway exit and there's extensive commercial activity around the hotel (outlet malls across the street and 3 miles from Costco gas station). Motel looks good from the outside. The rooms were average and the kingsized bed was ok. We were on the ground floor and it was difficult to get to sleep as we heard constant stomping above. The motel is located close to shopping. We could walk to a few restaurants. The motel was cheap and pet friendly.

We travel to St George a lot to visit family and always stay at America Best it is clean and, comfortable. It is close to many eating places and shopping. The breakfast has a good selection. At times it is hard to get a room because a lot of sport teams stay there so book early.

The property is in need of updating. Carpet was filthy but room was basically clean. It was quiet when I was there but not sure if it would be quiet when busy as I was there off season. Staff was helpful. A reasonable value for what I was charged.
