This is a nice best western.. I was in town for work last week and did not spend much time at the hotel but it was definitely clean and accommodating. They do provide daily breakfast which is nice.
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast fine. The reason I rated value as poor is online rates were between $70.00 and $95.00 but when we stopped about 9:00 pm on Friday night we were told price was $149.99. The desk clerk never asked if we were members of AAA or AARP which would have given us a discount. Next...

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this hotel is great if you are traveling with kids. There is a pool open if the weather permits.. plenty of activities around to keep them entertained. Our room, not sure about all of them.. have refrigerators and coffee pots.. super helpful because I stock up on drinks for the family...

While enroute to Arizona, we decided to stay at the MVI. We made our reservation via the BW 800 number. We also made a reservation for our return trip at the end of the March 2012. We canceled that reservation, but Sammie claims we made another reservation at the motel. Springerville being on the south end of SLC was a...

Comments are untrue and dishonest. We understand your billing frustration but not a reason for untrue review of the hotel. All mentioned issues were regarding a stay in February, yet they are only brought up in April. Serious issues as these should be brought up immediately and not 6 -7 weeks later.
The hotel did offer to cancel and refund...

We pass through this area a couple of times a year coming and going to Arizona so we have had the opportunity to stay at many of the Best Western hotels in Utah from the Timpanogos B.W. on the north end of Salt Lake to The B.W. Abbey Inn in Cedar city down south.
This particular hotel by far is...

The beds were comfortable and the location was just where we needed to be. When I stay at a best western I am not expecting a 5 star resort.. but for the price of this hotel I truly feel they are a 4 star, 3 star hotel. The staff was nice and courteous. The weather was nice when we were...

I was in town visiting my grandparents.. this hotel is right off the freeway..great location. They have a good breakfast in the morning and the hotel is clean. I feel safe having my kids there with me. If you are there during spring/summer they do have a pool so it's definitely kid friendly. This is the only place I will...

For a Best Western or comparable hotel I have been quite pleased with my stay here. The husband and I stayed here for 9 nights while he was out on business. The area is nice, the parking is generous and free, the room is clean and looks freshly painted, and there is an actual thermostat for the room. I hiked...

Great hotel, Had a large clean room. loved the breakfast. enjoyed the holiday decorations was different. Pity pool was closed.
We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving week. The older location was recently repainted and upgraded. One wall in the room was painted a very bright RED. Our first room was very NOISY due to the trucks coming and going at the Flying J truck stop across the street. After 2 noisy nights, we asked to be moved to a...
