Guest rooms in a separate wing of the property. Rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very nice views of the east side of Bryce Canyon from the balcony. Quiet location, horses on the property next door.

We stayed 2 nights Oct. 1 and 2 2011. The owners were very friendly and nice. The rooms were quaint but well appointed,and the view was great. The breakfast was very good. We had never stayed at a B&B before, so had nothing to compare to, but I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room with a view looking up to Bryce Canyon, excellent breakfast, ten minute walk to a local restaurant . Ask Kevin about Butch Cassidy ! Fifteen minute drive to Bryce Canyon. Had a nice relaxing three night stay.

Twice the price,half the amenities.No cancellation option,no internet,no phone,no refrigerator,no coffee in room,no hair dryer etc. Twice the price than other options in area . Good breakfast
