Nice appointments in the middle of everything in Brattleboro. Had the full suite overlooking Main Street. Easy walk to everything downtown and worth that time to adventure out.
We were in town for one night. We went on the Gallery Walk and to McNeils brewery. We could walk to everything. The hotel was clean and very suitable for our needs. We were also met with friendly front desk service.
Just average hotel, no amenities just a room. No vending. Just ice. Would stay for location not for hotel.
As the Manager, I am compltely boggled here. It's so hard to offer enough for every guest preference. We listen, we study and we add and change depending on industry fads and ideas. It's ever-changing and so are we but it's difficult to please every single guest 100%, we certainly try.

Thank you for all of your wonderful comments! Our elevator is an unfortunate victim of Hurricane Irene and the flooding that took out the equipment in the basement. We are currently having the elevator restored and it should be up and operational very soon.
