On a recent (5/17/12) weekday evening, stayed over one night on business trip. Very nice, almost new property. Efficient check in and check out. Very nice public areas. Stayed on 7th floor with partial lake view. Very nice room and all mechanicals worked fine. Excellent accomodations and convenient to many places downtown.

Although we liked the hotel overall, I was very disappointed in the views of the lake. Our room was on the 3rd floor. I had a partial lake-view room on the 7th floor. Great stay. The AC filter hadn't been replaced in what looked like a decade, but there were not any other issues. Great stay, and management took care of one issue within SECONDS. I'll be back!

Staff was excellent and the view of Lake Champlain was outstanding ! Close to Church Street Market and the ECHO aquarium. Spacious room and overall great experience.

We loved this hotel! Everyone from the front desk to the bartender went out of their way to accommodate us. Great job! Rooms were big and comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean..no complaints at all.
