The resort was clean, staff friendly and the food was wonderful. The hotel is a bit worn, room furnishings outdated. The bed was good quality, the water pressure was low, in-room coffee was convenient, game room was enjoyable, fire places throughout were lovely.

Good on-site restaurant, not too far from slopes (10-15 min), near decent restaurants. Nice clean hot tub, sauna. Ski room for boots, skis. Great breakfast. Fireplace lobby with coffee. Drawbacks: no hot cocoa, shower head needed updating.

Loved the hotel- very friendly staff and a great room with fireplace- Although it was end of July and too hot too light a fire- think the fireplace will be good in winter for a ski vacation-my only drawback was there was no food service( but with only 3 rooms filled- can understand) Will definetly go back! This lodge is large, modern, clean and inviting, a mile or so from Pico Mountain. I had a short but pleasant stay for one night that included free parking, wireless, and breakfast. I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast! The new owners are very nice and friendly. I feel that the staff needs to keep their personal feelings about how the new owners are running the place to themselves and not be insulting and putting them down. It's just not professional.
