We had a wonderful time at the BLI with our two children. The food was phenomenal and VERY reasonably priced! A quaint New England B&B with clean rooms and warm and friendly staff. Can't ask for more! We will definitely be back again very soon!!!

This place is so charming and quaint located in the quiet town of Montgomery VT and only minutes from fabulous skiing at Jay Peak (not to mention their water park too!). Spent the President's Day Weekend at The Black Lantern Inn...and aside from putting on a few pounds, everything was great! Great room with big bed, very clean, excellent service, delicious food, perfect for the environment, Great Price for the area with such a great place. They just expanded their building and it looks great! Loved the Outdoor Jacuzzi looking over the Valley! I recommend it highly to everyone!

The hot tub was perfect after getting caught in the rain on our motorcycles. The innkeeper is very relaxed but efficient and the rooms maintain their colonial era charm.
