When I entered & found my name & room number tacked to the front counter, I thought, "how quaint!" The rooms are basically like dorm rooms. It had a tiny bathroom, stand up shower, no extra luggage space and well worn beds. The owners and staff were very friendly, and it was as though they opened their home to their... More

I'm not a skier and I don't like the cold but I will be the first one packed when we head to the Swiss Farm Inn in Vermont again. Cozy rooms, crackling fire in the dining room, plenty of books and board games on hand and charming conversations with the owners (and their children) made my stay an absolute delight.... More

My family enjoyed another wonderful experience at the Swiss Farm Inn. The innkeepers, Roger and Joyce are warm and welcoming and make each and every guest feel special. They must really love their work, because they are so good at making certain their guests feel cared for. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate and the food is surprisingly wonderful. The... More

This is the place for warm hospitality and very good food. The owners are friendly. The shower was awesome in the room. The rooms are spartan however but the price is right. More

We love b&b's and this was a disappointment. We were shown our room and wanted to cry. So tiny our luggage could barely fit. Zero climate control in the rooms, we had to sleep with the window open and it was in the 30's to keep it feeling decent in our room. Beds are old and like marshmallows. The bathroom... More

The family and staff at The Swiss Farm Inn are the best of the best! I have never found better hospitality. The bathrooms are impeccably clean. The rooms are simple and quiet. The food was delicious!! My kids said it was their favorite part of our trip! More

I'd like to start by saying that this place rocks! Don't be fooled by the nondescript rooms and plain decor...these are superficial things. It's what you can't see that makes this little gem in the Vermont hills really stand out. First, the hospitatlity of Roger and Joyce is top notch. They care and it's obvious in the tiny details such... More

My husband and I decided to do the whole leaf peeping adventure in Vermont for Columbus Day weekend - despite the fact we live in Connecticut! Our room may have had a slightly creaky bed and the walls weren't as thick as they could have been, but we honestly didn't care. We loved the ambience, particularly in the common rooms.... More

My husband, myself, my three year old and another couple with a four year old stayed at the Swiss Farm over MLK weekend. We had an amazing time. The food was great and the company was even better. Roger and Joyce are great. The service couldn't be better and the food was super! We skied at Pico and it was... More

We went up to stay for 3 nights at the last minute before New Year's because Vermont had gotten snow . We were able to get 2 rooms because folks had canceled due to the blizzard . We stay here each ski season and would never stay anywhere else. It is the most welcoming Inn to stay at and very... More
