Have stayed here numerous times on my way through the area. It works especially well for hockey groups on their way to Lake Placid NY. Very centrally located, quiet and always clean. “This is the 4 star of the 2 star hotels...”

I'm not even sure if that makes sense. But for price and quality; it's a pretty good deal. It is very, very clean. Nice bed. Good lighting. The hotel is located close to the downtown but in a quiet area.

“Clean room”

Room was clean, everything worked as it should and the staff was nice. I will be staying here again next year. This is half the price of the Hampton Inn and about the only difference is the age of the building and a better breakfast.

“Delightful surprise”

I have stayed at dated hotel/motels in the past and so I had low expectations after reading some reviews on your site. I didn't feel this facility falls in this category. Above all, The Red Roof Inn was clean, the check-in efficient and rooms provided what was needed for a comfortable night. The price was a bargain.

“Red Roof Inn for a cheap night in between ski days”

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel on priceline for the 4 of us. They were running a great special for a holiday weekend. The rooms were very cheap but they were also clean, decent, and comfortable. Killington is only about 35 min away and I would definitely do it again if I can get the same deal.

“Just not clean or maintained”

Trash under bed, hair in bathroom. Traveling companion was moved without notice to a different room due to "plumbing issues" in nearby room. Companion later complained of having been "bitten by bugs" in original room, so draw your own conclusion.
