My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Tom is a wonderful host, and he makes the most delicious breakfasts! The Great Room is relaxing and beautifully decorated. We loved the fireplace. We loved the homemade cookies in the afternoon. It is a fantastic value, and the best value that I know of in the Stowe area.

A tranquil haven overlooking the mountains. Upon arrival, one is greeted by homemade cookies, wonderful tea selection, and Tom's warm hospitality. The lounge room is basked in light and oozing with books. Gentle music is joined by birds dancing on the balcony. Guest rooms are comfortable and hospitality fantastic. We enjoyed great breakfast, tea and cookies after skiing and a cozy evening by the fire reading. Next time we're in Stowe, the Timberholm is our first choice for lodging.

“Lovely stay at Timberholm”

We chose Timberholm for our skiing accommodation as we had read previous reviews. We were really pleased with our choice, attractive building and beautiful grounds, lovely comfy and warm bedroom, bathroom with plenty of hot water, hot tub and absolutely delicious breakfasts! “Perfect Ski Trip Base”

Had a great stay at Timberholm. Perfect location for a XC ski week in the Stowe area. Very comfortable and welcoming place, relaxing lounges, wonderful breakfasts, and relaxing post-ski hot tub. Highly reccomended.

Just completed our 5th annual visit w/teenage son(s) to Timberholm. As 25-year visitors to Stowe area, w/stops at diverse inns, we give Tom and Susan's inn our unqualified endorsement.
