This hotel charges too much for what it delivers. The common areas are run down and not very clean. There is no complimentary breakfast and the computer in lobby is pay by the minute. The TV was lower quality. This place is well-located near the university so it can get away with this, I suppose. There must be better choices.

We stayed here for a wedding. The location was great for meeting up with friends before and after and having easy access to food, bars, groceries even late at night. The front desk was friendly. My family has stayed here several times because it is conveniently located to UVa and our daughter's college housing. During move-in/move-out, the staff were kind enough to provide an extra parking tag at no charge for one night so my daughter could park her car here before apartment move-in and after apartment move-out. Conveniently located, basic hotel. Period. Housekeeping and maintenance are hit or miss. Its Expedia reservation system books guests without their confirming the details first, so be careful when navigating it.

Needed a room close the hospital while my dad was staying overnight. Alot of upgrades in the bathroom however, carpet and beds were not. I believe a less money or some sort of discount for family members at UVA would be appropriate...paid $91. Would stay there again should the need arise.

I checked out of this RRI on Friday after almost 3 weeks due to my husbands illness, and the hotel being so close to UVA medical center.
