It smells its dirty staff is completly rude...i would rather sleep in the car than ever stay here again. Needs to fire all staff and hire polite proffesional people... During my stay I opened night stand to find weed. The outlits didnt work. Cig. Burns all over bathtub. I would never let anyone I know stay here

Average location and rooms, good value, terrible service and cleanliness (details below). If the place fixed the problem with outside doors that let anyone walk right into the hotel any time of the day or night, this could be a three-star overall rating. I stayed two days here. I should have realized the level of quality I was getting when... More

My friends and I were traveling from Baltimore md and we left rather late so we called to let them know what time we would arrive. When we got there the first thing we noticed was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We were tired from our 4 hour drive and just wanted to check in and fall asleep. The... More

Sherome is the GM and daughter of this family owned business. She is nasty, fabricates the truth and sics security guards on consumers who dare not to allow her to get away with it. My "attempted" stay and experience was the worst ever! They talk down to customers ...as if the consumer is inconveniencing them! She and her father, Ray... More

Clean, Convenient and Courteous… Clean, Convenient and Courteous…those are the first words that come to mind when I think of my numerous stays at Cedar Tree Inn and Suites in Chesapeake, VA. The public areas are always clean, and the staff is consistently doing touch-ups to keep that nice appearance. The rooms are always neatly cared for and smell fresh... More

I took kids on a college tour, walk in the lobby, the smell hit me. The manager said I had to pay for the day. I had five rooms and the got me for $350 and I didn't even stay. I'm trying to get a hold of the owner. The manager took it personal when I said I brought kids... More

This place is probably one of the most interesting hotels i have ever stayed in (i'm currently staying here).. I would not at all recommend this place for a romantic get-away, i would keep it for strictly business trips or to stay a day or two. The rooms at least mine, is not bad but not great.. There's a few... More

You might not be the guy down the hall with diarrhea, but you'll be smelling him in the mornings. This hotel doesn't have bathroom fans, but it seems their fan system is still hooked together, because you'll smell other bathrooms in your room whether you've been there recently or not. TV channels are very limited. Rates here weren't too bad,... More

Horrible Hotel. I have never (and will never again) stayed in a place this dirty before. The bed had bed bugs. One lamp didn't work. The lobby reeked of cigarettes. I was worried about my car getting stolen due to all the unsavory people hanging out outside the hotel. I will never stay here again and do not recommend this... More
