We always stay at the Sea Shell in September when the rates go down. It is always clean and friendly. The rooms are standard beach motel, no frills and not luxurious but always comfortable with fridge and coffee. You cannot beat the location as everything is within walking distAnce. Really nice flowers too.

We got 1 of the rooms with the kitchenette. the only downside to that is we would have like a king bed but it 2 doubles. the room furnished with a microwave, refrigerator dishes cups glasses utensils everything. we love this place... and it's located right in the heart of Chincoteague..... My adult daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights recently. Lovely landscaping, quiet clientele, clean room, and within walking distance of the downtown and restaurants. Staff very nice too. We will be back.
