Great place to stay and enjoy your stay, convenient location, walking distance to many dining options

We enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return for another visit. We love Culpepper and all of the people are so nice. Room was very comfortable and beautiful. The bed was heavenly, and the steam shower was out of this world. Don't miss out, this place is great.

LOVED staying at Suites at 249. The rooms were stylish and contemporary as well as very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Will most likely return. Culpeper is a quaint little town with great restaurants.

The rooms at this hotel are the best in the area, and among the most luxurious you'll find anywhere. Nice attention to detail in every aspect. No restauarant, and check-in policy is a little unusual, but rooms more than make up for it! If your travels take you anywhere near this area, book a room here.
