Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Hampton Virginia was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The halls and lobby were clean and presentable! The staff was very helpful! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many selections. Our only complaint were the beds and pillows which were very uncomfortable! A different box spring and mattress need to be considered.

Very nice hotel, and a bit lower in cost compared to other Hampton's in the area. Near a large medical center and not much else, but overall very nice. No way to plug in an EV either to a charging station, or to an outdoor 240V (or even 120V outlet). This is a limitation for EV drivers.

The lobby was nice and staff was helpful. The business center had fast internet, a printer and paper. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. No complaints.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was extremely clean and my room had a new, fresh appearance. I felt as though they took pride in making the us happy, which was apparent as soon as I entered the lobby and met with the desk clerk. She was friendly, and accommodating.

The lady at the front desk Tuesday, went above and beyond her role. From the first time I called to notify them of a late arrival to checking in, she made a point to remember my name. Great location near shopping and dining. Convenient to highway but in quiet locaton. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and helpful. This is our second visit to this hotel and both stays were equally pleasant.

I am a Hilton Honors member and was aghast. Yes inside the room you have a phenomenal bed and accoutrements but thats it. Hotel is surrounded by several medical facilities and is primarily used for visiting familes I presume. There are not restaurants within several miles unless you find burger king, mcdonalds or other fast food icons eating.

I reserved five rooms for myself and four business colleagues on travel for a conference in Hampton. The rooms were clean, staff welcoming and friendly, and the free hot breakfast satisfying. The location is convenient. This is a great value and I'll definitely return here on my next trip to Hampton.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Whilst spending a week in the hotel, the manager, Mr Patel went out of his way to accommodate me. He and his staff have made the stay very pleasant. The only downside is that there is no restaurant (except for breakfast) or bar.
