Front desk personnel were courteous and efficient. Lost my prescription sunglasses and staff (Elizabeth) did everything she could to help me find them ... even checking all the maids' carts in case someone found the sunglasses later in the day. Excellent customer service. Did not have time to try their continental breakfast, but the last time I stayed at this...
