This hotel is clean and nice but the service just isn't there. The frontdesk acts like they are in "lala-land" and had no answers to my questions on my Holiday Inn/Priority Club points and perks. I think some training is needed.

bottom line-this hotel really needs to be renovated. At the very least, it needs to lower its prices. i paid 190 a night back in October, it was not worth it. everything looks old and worn- the restaurant, the rooms, the hallways.
