My husband and I have stayed here twice on our way to and from Florida. Very comfortable rooms, hot and cold breakfast, and a great AAA nightly rate. Located right off 81N and 81S. Close to restaurants.

This place has slipped since we last stayed there. Hallways were not vacuumed. Front desk clerk had her child and boyfriend (?) waiting for her in the breakfast area while they mooched on breakfast and waited for her to get off. Very unprofessional. We stayed there en route to Florida. Room was just ok, staff barely acknowledged us. I was very surprised with the lack of customer service. Not what I expect from a Hampton Inn.
