Just checked in to Ganga Beach Resort - booked by GTI Travel ... out of force. This trip has been the worst of our experience. The rooms - are unclean, the bathrooms and rooms stink. There are cob webs in the room. The Staff is least caring - we asked them for a change - the staff members revert 100%... More

We stayed here and took a family room in the month of April. The room was clean and staff is helpful. Room service is very prompt.Food is average. The hotel also offers activities like rafting, etc. However, would not recommend to book the same from them as ours was not a good experience.

never recomand this hotel to anybody, found a bed bug on my first night, very dirty bathrooms and toilet seats very seems like never been cleaned need to get lady chamber maid there to clean not man.

The location is good but the rooms are bad and gloomy....old jaded furniture, broken bathroom taps and fittings, geysers not working, unclean sheets, ancient television in the room with bad quality of transmission, apathetic staff, absolutely no service. The tariff is really high vis-a-vis the facilities or the lack thereof...one feels cheated!!!!

Everything about this hotel is old. From the table cloths in the restaurant to the bedroom furniture and the bathrooms even. No welcome drink was given..probably cz we checked in at 12.15,am. Rooms were never cleaned up. The pillows were tiny and the beds were hard. The common areas looked as tho they were never cleaned.i would definitely not return.
