“Cant believe this is an accor hotel!!!”

This is a poor hotel , suprised accor put their name to it. The service was truly awful and rude. “Luxury hotel in the middle of a pretty average island”

We had high expectations for Koh Chang, and when we arrived, we were pretty disappointed. There is very little to do on the island, other than visit some generic shops, 7/11s and some waterless waterfalls (which were still lovely, but considering some of them charge you to visit, you'd at least expect some water cascading down a beautiful rock face!!)... “Poor staff , very average hotel”

Arrived at 430pm and still couldnt check in!!!! Thai staff indifferent at best , european staff , obnoxious incompetent and rude. Hotel in nice enough location , but very generic rooms. Dont bother with the food. Stayed at many accor hotels around the world and the standards here were very poor.
