My husband and I took advantage of this wonderful bed and breakfast opportunity as they opened their inn to veterans in celebration of veteran's day. We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous inn. Our hosts were delightful and welcoming. We had a lovely room and went out to a wonderful restaurant suggested by Carol and Ron. We then returned... More

My fiancee and I stayed here in late July. We had a fantastic experience! Staying on a working farm is very cool, particularly if you have children! The scenery is idyllic, the breakfast was wonderful and the room was perfect. The hosts made dinner suggestions for us which couldn't have been better. We would definitely return here without hesitation!

We stayed for 4 nights at this wonderful farm-setting B&B. Carol and Ron Baker are top-notch hostess and host. The house is restored while keeping the ambience of its original build in the 1800's. We had a large room with two double beds and a private bath. The amenities - as my daughter said, "all the upscale hotel amenities in... More

Before taking a road-trip from Atlanta to New England through the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, we decided to look for somewhere more exciting to stay than the normal hotel. I searched and found the perfect place - The Huffman House at Creekside Farm Bed and Breakfast. It was a picture perfect farm beside a beautiful creek between the rolling hills... More

Me, my husband, my 91 year-old uncle, and two cousins came in from various parts of the country to visit Craig County, the home of our ancestors and located only a few miles from the Huffman House Bed and Breakfast. I chose it mostly because of the location and the fact that it looked pleasant online. This was an incredible... More

Wow what an absolutely fantastic B&B. You name it and it was excellent, from the welcome through to breakfast the next morning. We were hiking the central Virginia section of the Appalachian Trial and this was our night of luxury and we were not disappointed. If you are within 100 miles of The Hoffman House make the detour to stay... More

My husband, his parents, and I spent a lovely long weekend at Huffman House. This is a working farm, with sheep, horses, ducks, geese, turkeys, a few cattle, and even two donkeys grazing and meandering around the hillside. The grounds are beautiful, very hilly, with a creek running adjacent to the house. There is a rooster, and he does begin... More
