Hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Requested late check-out (2pm) and were charged for a half day even though the hotel was clearly not even close to being full. Asked about late check-out when we checked in and were told that we could check out at 2pm for no extra charge if the rooms weren't needed for check-in. Felt... More

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but had a strong odor that kept me awake (like stale smoke). There were food stains on the heater/ac unit.
