We stayed at 3rd floor. It was not hot water. Reception promised remedy, but it didn't happened. Rooms are very small, well-maintained furniture. Parking should be paved, They have no ramp at the entrance of the hotel. It's hard to crawls your luggage at the reception, not to mention the other situations.
