4 Euro extra for eggs at breakfast. Dishes were washed on one side only (chocolate on the back) . Insulting management posters with instructions for guests all over the place (elevator, stairs, entrance, hall). Room OK but way too small for extra bed (mandatory for child). We were in the hotel for 6 nights in October. Found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.
