This hotel is in a perfect location a minutes walk (1 street back) from the very sandy beaches of Quarteira. Also straight across road from the main bus station to all parts of Portugal. Friendly 4* Hotel, more than adequate with clean modern rooms, private balcony and a short, pleasant walk to the marina. We found the staff very friendly & helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast & very tasty too! Great base for a visit to Portugal away from the madding crowds but within walking distance (2 mins) to beach...would recommend!

The reception at the hotel was dreadful. The restaurant was very disorganised - not enough coffee machines and I could not believe this was 4 stars. The hotel Don Jose is a three star and it is far superior and the staff are fantastic.
