The hotel is quite small,the breakfast was poor quality and choice,very noisey rooms as you can here next doors tv,toilet flushing etc. We stayed for 3 nights,each night other guests were roaring drunk,banging doors and shouting till 6 0 clock in the morning,we didnt get a lot of sleep,we will not be returning to Praia Sol hotel. Having just returned from a short break here. It is definately good value for money. Breakfast was fresh though could do with some variation, did not have dinner - so cannot comment. Set in a residential area it is very clean and a good base. If you are looking for a quiet, no hassle break - this is the place!

On arrival at the hotel we were very impressed, it looks lovely and it's clean etc. However, there are simply not enough staff on at one time...staff are expected to waitress, bar tend and be the receptionist all at the same time....therefore when we came down to sort out our transfers information etc we were told "not now too busy".... What a little gem this hotel is. Small and quiet,so if you want hustle and bustle,this is not for you. Relatively small,with only 40 rooms or so, on 2 stories.
