The photos on Tui website don't do this place justice really. It's peaceful and well away from the hub bub of the coastal resorts. The views are incredible..360°. Comfy sofa in lounge, tv, good size table. Bbq and eating area/s outside are very good.The beds are comfortable and although there is no a/c we found the temperature inside acceptable,there is an electric fan available if needed. We were here the mid 2 weeks of May and the weather ranged from about 24 to about 32 during the day, the first week a light cardigan/jacket may be needed after dark. The pool is lovely,not heated but certainly warm enough for a cooling dip, may be bit small if 6 people in it, the tiles and artificial grass get very warm underfoot as do the metal pool ladder grips...wet them first!! I would say not very child friendly pool/ pool area.Sunbeds are OK, comfortable with decent cushions. There is no oven in the kitchen, despite it being in the description. There is however a decent microwave, kettle toaster etc plus a dishwasher and a good modern washing machine (outside), airer and pegs. Only essentials missing in the kitchen were chopping boards, bowls ( as in cereal/soup) and a grater.There's also a decent hairdryer, tho didn't use. Both bathrooms are good, decent showers etc...tho a shelf in the shower may have been handy. Nice towels included and changed weekly along with bedding and tea towels. Could have done with an extra tea towel in the 2nd week, only one provided, and a few more bin bags, but not too big problems as we bought some in the end. General cleanliness on arrival was excellent. Bit too far to walk into Frigiliana, tho possible, it's a bit too much on the road, and uphill on the way back! All in all...a very nice place to spend our holiday. Would we come back....oh yeah!!!…

The trip was booked through Get Your Guide with the local partner stated as an Anera Travel S.L. I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this trip was dreadful. We were collected in a car where the drivers seat was so far into the back seat that I could not move my legs (I was sitting behind the driver). Our ‘English speaking’ guide - Jaimie - could only manage very basic English at best and did not provide any information about what we were seeing. We are curious about what we are seeing and like to know the history of the towns and sights we are visiting. We tried asking what the history of Frigiliana was for example, was it originally farming community? Our guide did not understand what we were asking despite trying to ask the question a number of ways. We wandered around towns in silence as every time we tried to ask a question he did not understand. I am sure the Jaimie is a very nice young man but he is not a tour guide for English speakers. I would not recommend this tour by this company. We feel really ripped off and disappointed that what could have been a wonderful opportunity to see a beautiful part of Spain has been lost.…
