We have travelled from Australia to see my Son who lives in the UK. Not sure what to do we decided to book this hotel and theme park tickets. Brilliant. Hotel was very comfy, family room had a great layout, food was of a good quality and reasonable price. We used all the facilities and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our quick get away to Chessington World of Adventure and the family room at this HI was fantastic. I actually thought the kids beds were more comfortable then the springy adult one! Breakfast was great and supper was good too. I'd definitely go back. We didn't have time to use the pool.

Stayed here with the family for 4 nights. Had a 'themed room' which consisted of a leopard skin wall covering and some pictures on the wall, which in my book doesn't really constitute a 'theme'.
