Beautifully situated with its very own cove, warm and friendly welcome by the owners and staff. Rooms are perhaps of varying standard - mine was ok, dated and in need of repairs but clean nevertheless. The views of the sea made up for everything.

I have stayed at Cyvadier several times and every time the service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. I was there before the earthquake and after and they have done a fine job of rebuilding to an even better standard and beauty. Ask for Christophe, he knows how to take care of his guests!

I've stayed here 4-5 times a year since 1999. Best of the best (unless you have "Ritz" tastes). Comfortable rooms, caring & responsive staff, good to superb food. Went with a group of friends and had a great time. Great bar and restaurant overlooking the ocean, beautiful! Great food and fresh fruit drinks, great host. I would recommend this place for anyone heading down to Jacmel for the weekend or longer, checkout the local spots too like Bassin Bleu and Kabic beach.
