We had a lovely stay here, very clean & a great ambience. The attention to detail all round was a very high standard & we will definitely be back on future business trips. The breakfast & coffee was great too. Surrounding garden a credit to the owners too & being surrounded by cane fields another experience.

Stayed here for one night with a friend. Had the Jenkins Room which had a double and single bed. $120 for the night. Nice bathroom with a dispenser in the shower for shampoo etc. Three rooms available at this property. Located about 9 km east of Bundaberg heading towards Bargara. There is a pool available for guest use. The owners... More

This was my first stay in a B&B and based on this I will definitely seek out these kinds of places in the future. The house itself is beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable - best night's sleep we'd had in a long time. The décor has a cosy and peaceful feel to it, and the complementary chocolates and... The B&B has a nice new owner, we were the first guests. The whole house was very clean, the bathroom was spotless. Our room had a decent size and a comfortable bed, we slept very well. The breakfast was tasty, a good choice of cereals, fruit salad, bacon and eggs, toast and orange juice. We enjoyed our stay and would... More

This B&B is on a main road and as there was no-one else staying there would have been lovely to be put in the bigger room and not on the road side. The day we arrived it was a public holiday and we had no idea it would have been good to be told when I booked a couple of... More

David and I are really sorry that this guest was not happy with their stay with us. The larger room, with 1 queen and 1 single bed was not occupied and these guests would have been most welcome to use it had we have known, however it has no access to the veranda. The other 2 rooms are separated by... More

Couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay for our first B & B experience. From the minute we were greeted by the hosts Penny and Dave, we felt right at home. Nothing was too much for them. Clean, comfy and cosy, and port and chocolates, just waiting to be tasted, There is nothing better than waking up to the... More

I highly recommend visiting this quaint little B & B as it's not just the wonderful feel of the hotel it's also the way you are well looked after during your stay. The people running the place make you feel at home and it's central to everything and how can you go wrong with some chocolates and port to send... More

Our host was hospitable and gracious and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was a bountiful and beautifully cooked. We could not have wished or wanted for more. This B&B is up for sale so this review is current at this until the property is sold.

If all B & B's were like Dunelm House, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are luxurious as well as being cosy. Five minutes after meeting the hosts, Penny & Dave, it's as though you have been friends forever. Your every comfort seems standard. Each bedroom has an ensuite and the communal lounge seems like home [except for the... More
