Admittedly they are starting to renovate the hotel inside and out, but it should have been done 5 years ago. I was lucky in that I got a nice room that had had a "makeover", but the mould around the old bath tiles and the road noise coming from the window/door showed that more should have been done. Attention to... More

I fell for the Web description of this accommodation, having stayed in Observation City some years ago - don't be fooled by the name, there is no comparison! I was not at all pleased when I saw the motel room and was even less pleased when I stayed in it - ultra basic, poorly set up, very noisy near a... More

Spent a few hours here in transit, was so ridiculously cold. Couldn't change the air temperature, despite a control in the room, no blankets on bed. Take your own sleeping bag, layers of jumpers or thermals! When checking in the night porter just wanted to take our bags or valet park our car, seemingly for a tip, didn't take too... More

We stayed in the two bedroom villa's (13). It was reasonably clean but the furniture was old and dingy. Nice TV and the AC worked. The unit was configured weirdly (at least to me). The toilet was in the laundry room and none in the bathroom. The beds were OK. As mentioned it was a budget apt so the price... More

i stayed here with another couple in one of the apartments, there were two double rooms however one of the beds was made out of two single beds that were two completely different heights and was pretty uncomfortable. There were a load of ants all over this place especially the kitchen, its right on the freeway too so can be... More

Stayed here for 1 night before moving on up the coast. Just needed some where cheap for the one night, so thought the budget rooms here would do the trick. I had room 25 which faces out onto the street. The room was small and reeked of stale cigarette smoke despite prominent signs warning of fines for smoking. Due to... More

Staff very helpful and changed booking from budget/share bathroom to motel. Room clean, tea and coffee, sugar and milk topped up each day. Slept badly in bed. Lights poor in room made it hard to use laptop. Table top and chair provided and moved bedside lamp to give more light. Double power point so helps if you need to recharge devices... More

My partner and I saved throughout the year to visit Australia and we decided to book a room for a few nights to get over the jet lag and to have a few comfortable nights sleep before we headed off travelling in our campervan. How we were wrong! We were first greeted by a receptionist who was rather rude and... More

We booked online and the description on net was flattering at best. The budget room was sub human quality. The price on an upgrade was also steep but honestly had no alternative other than walk away from our booking with no refund. We upgraded to a studio apartment with kitchenette. the room was average with the exception of the mold... More
