From the people at the front desk to the cleaning service, EVERYONE was extremely happy and pleasant! The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

My family and I rolled in at 3am without reservations for our son's graduation at Virginia Tech. The night Manager Val was totally awesome. She quoted us a fair price but then actually knocked a few dollars off as we were checking out a few hours later.

I was lucky enough pick this place while traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room was very clean and the staff made me and my dogs feel very welcome. There are several great restaurant options near by and the hotel offers a free continental breakfast.

We chose this Best Western as a stop on our return home to Pennsylvania from a holiday on Kiawah Island , SC because of it's location and because of the good reviews it had received on Trip Advisor. My group and I got to the hotel later in the evening. Upon arrival, Tina was very gracious and hospitable to welcome us and get us checked in. We had a great night's sleep and felt very relaxed in our room. There were many choices on the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay again, and recommend this hotel!

Our stay at this Best Western was very nice. Tina, at the front desk, was knowledgeable and gracious. Valerie, in the breakfast room, was friendly and helpful - good breakfast choices, too. The hotel is clean and comfortable and nice amenities. Nice fitness room and pool. Near the airport.
