Let's lead off with the good. Great Location to Lockheed Martin Facilities in Suffolk and for getting on freeways to get to other business locations. Also the hotel is located near several restaurants and a movie theater, and 35 mins. from Virginia Beach. Most of the staff were very friendly. Rooms are very clean and mostly well maintained. However, I... More

We came in from out of town and this place was recommended so we stayed here for 3 days for a family Birthday Party in the area. We could not have been more impressed with the staff, clean rooms, price, food and overall GREAT Deal. We will be staying here on our next visti to the area. We have added... More

We've stayed here a couple of times, most recently in April 2012. This hotel is a hidden gem. What I like most about it is the fact that this HGI has both regular rooms and suites with separate bedroom/living room area - perfect for travelling with the kid. The rooms (both types) are very spacious and come equipped with a... More

I stayed at this hotel during a short visit to the Suffolk, Virginia area. I have a 2-room suite with a king bed for $93 - nothing fancy here, however very comfortable and well priced for a good, safe place to stay. Also, it is near several restaurants and a nice neighborhood where you can walk if you need to... More

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. My Mom passed away in September 2011. Our family booked several rooms and the stay was very comfortable. MY niece is getting married this May and I have booked another room for two nights. If you are looking for comfort and safety, this is the hotel to stay. This is a good... More

I've stayed at this hotel during business trips several times in the past year. The rooms and staff are nice. The wired & WiFi connections were atrocious. Both were comparable to old style modem speeds. Ended up tethering to my cell phone to get a decent connection. This is a nonstarter if you're doing much work from your room.

We stayed there this past weekend and had a very nice time. The hotel is absolutely immaculate! We had a light dinner in the restaurant the night we arrived and breakfast the next morning and we weren't disappointed. The food was actually a little better than I would have expected from a HGI; it was a nice surprise. We had... More

Very nice newer Hilton Gardens. Do not trust your GPS device to get you there! We had to finally call and get directions. Check in took 35 min. due to a wedding party waiting for rooms. The hotel should have had more than 1 person working desk. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast in the American Grill was OK.... More

Overall, I loved the hotel because it was modern, clean, quiet, & in a great location. The front desk staff (especially Lee) was great the entired stay. I would stay again and would recommend to family and friensds. There were two displeasures...to me the bathroom was a little small - but that really didn't matter because it was for a... More

This is a modern, clean hotel with nice rooms. It was very busy when I arrived (May 2011) with lots of young people. I had to sign a special disclaimer when I checked in which basically promised that I wouldn't party in my room? I've never had to do that anywhere before and it made me wonder. I didn't hear... More

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your stay. It sounds like you visited our hotel during a local special event (usually the only time we use any kind of disclaimer) While I am glad you didn’t hear any noise and slept well, I go apologize that it seemed to take a while to get...
