We stayed at the Sheraton VA Beach for the 2013 Sand Soccer. My kids enjoyed the stay with access to the beach and an indoor pool (for in climate weather). Pros: Great location to food and the beach. Starbucks coffee available on the premises. Cons: Sand in the pool and hot tubs. We plan to stay here again.

Our daughter got married over the Memorial weekend. The Sheraton was unbelievable to our families, guests, and friends that stayed at the hotel. When they say pet friendly hotel, they mean it.
