The property is very old, dirty and is need of major renovations. For $30 more per night we stayed in another beach town at a Ramada and the room was updated, clean and also near the beach with a restaurant on the premises. Severly overpriced for so shabby a property

“After a long day on the road I needed a good place to sleep”

and I found it here. the room was smallish but it had every aneminit. The bed was a perfsct one for me. Support and comfort. There is a good Mexican resturant about 150 ft east of the hotel and the bay beach is 3 short blocks.

Ceiling coming apart. Clothes rack was virtually hanging away from the wall by 3 or four inches. the carpets were damp. The "mattress" was too hard for human comfort. The amount refunded was correct because the Sunday's rate is the lower than that of Friday or Saturday. Nevertheless, we refunded the difference because the reservation had been booked through a third party, who combined all 3 nights' rates together.
