Sand in the bed before I was, which makes you question how often they REALLY clean or change the linens. My friends were given a room with the door knob missing on the inside. You cant beat the view.

stinks,dirty you can't even imagine, room and pool discusting- ocean had to be cleaner! where is dep. of health/is there not a fire code in va.? electrical sockets hanging out wall board/only one light bulb in each light/sink tub grout is mildew and just plane filth/and unless you have a strong stomach don't look behind bed/furniture....

Pulling up to the hotel I thought this really looks nice!!! I guess my biggest obversation while staying at the Palm Grove was that the owner is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! We were moved to 3 different rooms, out of these 3 rooms 2 of the locks didn't work.
