I spend few days in this hotel. Everything was good; the room so big and very comfortable, everything was so clean and the breakfast was just ok. The girls at the front desk were very nice, they help me a lot with everything.

In the overpriced Northern Neck, the Best Western worked for us. Room was very comfortable and very clean. TV channels a bit sub-par. Pool looked nice--kids having fun. Refrig & microwave & "wet bar sink" in room. Breakfast was decent and well kept. A/C not too loud. Front desk people were friendly. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel front desk staff need immediate education in HOSPITALITY. First, visibility and a friendly greeting would be a great start. Both upon checkin and checkout the next morning, the staff hid in a cubicle in the room behind the front desk.
