This place is a little run down. There's discolored paint on the walls and the bathroom is dated. My first impression was poor- no welcome, no smile, just "Last name?" from the front desk. We won't be back.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and polite to the guest at the hotel, The location was near stores and downtown Williamsburg attractions. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Hotel is convenient to historical points as well as restaurants and shopping. Room very comfortable. We requested a quiet room and we were away from the road and it was very quiet, The breakfast buffet was excellent and was far more than a continental breakfast. Would come back if in the area again.

The rooms beds are tiny not good if Sharing with kids and the free breakfast had sour waffle batter that seems to have gone bad from being left out to long.
