The operation of this hotel is smooth - while the breakfast could use some improvement - it is a clean and helpful hotel in a convenient area for reaching the area. The staff was always available and kind - no problems developed or were evident - this was a period when the hotel appeared full

Stayed in a 2 Queen room with a sofabed and it was a great room. There was plenty of room for everyone and we even had a place where we could sit and play cards. The staff was very helpful getting us the extra towels and pillows we requested.

My daughters and I had a great stay, they loved the breakfast. We were at Busch Gardens Park all day d we were to tired to enjoy the pool but it did look very inviting. We stayed in this hotel for two days. It has a great location, next door to lots of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay, especially, the breakfast. The breakfast staff was very helpful and there were a lot of healthy choices available.

Stayed here whilst visiting Busch Gardens, which is just down the road. Massive choice of restaurants for evening meal. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and good free breakfast. We had the whirlpool room, which was on the small size and not the easiest to get in and out of.

This was a great hotel! The indoor pool was very nice and the complementary breakfast was excellent - lots of choices. This hotel is a convenient drive from Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, etc. and has SEVERAL good restaurants in walking distance.

We have stayed there twice over the past few weeks. The hotel is clean, convenient to everything in Williamsburg, and reasonabley quiet. The staff is alert, anxious to help, and knowledgable about the area. The breakfast is decent--nothing spectacular. The pool and exercise facilities are well kept and functional.

Stayed here for an overnight trip. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spotless. There is an indoor pool in site. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn breakfast. The common area appear to have been updated.
