Fairly new, slightly far out of town resort which needs a car to enjoy the facilities. Staff very welcoming in a typically US way. We had to commit to a timeshare presentation to avoid a $150 fee!!! But got a free 3 day pass to Colonial Williamsburg! Really great holiday
